My Professional Mission is to assist people on Journeys:

Journeys inward for emotional healing

Journeys into sacred spaces for healing of self and relationships

Journeys with self and/or spirit for guidance and healing

I am first and foremost, a spiritual seeker on the path of my own personal growth and healing.

​I believe each of us can access anything we need for this earth journey in learning to seek answers from the earth, other spiritual beings, and most importantly, from within.

​My passion as a fellow traveler, is to serve as a guide in another person's journey to more fully know, heal, and express themselves.

EXPERIENCE

I have worked as a licensed counselor since 2006 in private practice and outpatient hospital settings.  I received my Masters in Community Counseling from Xavier University.

I became a Certified Heart Centered Hypnotherapist in 2016 and Certified Medium in 2018.​

​

Some important theories and practices that greatly influence my traditional counseling approaches have been: Person Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Counseling; Nonviolent Communication; Nurtured Heart Parenting; Heart Centered Hypnotherapy; EMDR; Authentic Relating; Mindfulness; and Meditative practices.
